The website
This website does not use advertising trackers, third-party analytics, or marketing cookies. Cloudflare serves the pages and images and provides Turnstile, a bot check for the beta form.
Beta interest list
If you join the beta list, we store the email address you enter in Supabase so we can send you the official download link when access opens. We normalize duplicate entries and do not use this list for newsletters or advertising. The address is kept until the beta invitation is sent or the list is closed, whichever comes first.
Account and profile information
Dropshot uses Sign in with Apple. Your profile includes playing level, height, racket hand, and preferred units. Supabase stores the connected account and product records.
On-device analysis and review clips
Pose extraction, body measurements, and individual technique checks run on the iPhone. Short stroke-review clips and practice history stay on the device so the player can revisit them.
Training uploads
If you enable “Upload to training,” Dropshot sends the complete recording family to private training storage to help improve the product. That can include video, audio, pose data, and optional Apple Watch sensor data. The full local recording is removed only after the upload is confirmed. Training copies remain separate from your local review clips and practice history.
Court video can capture nearby people and voices. Tell everyone taking part, avoid bystanders where practical, and follow the facility’s recording rules.
Server processing
Product servers may store session measurements and assessment results. Coaching may send structured findings—not raw video—to a server-side language model to group related observations. Your iPhone still performs the movement measurement and individual technique checks.
Service providers
Current infrastructure includes Supabase for application data and authentication, Cloudflare for website delivery and bot protection, plus private S3-compatible storage for training recordings. Before public beta, the final policy will identify applicable processors, regional processing, user rights, and contact details.
Access and deletion
The public process for accessing or deleting account data is not yet open. We will publish the working request channel here before public beta access begins.
